    I am experiencing rather drastic delays with fedex ground. Perhaps you might consider switching to fedex express. My wife had a package shipped from maryland the same day I ordered from you and it got here on it’s appointed day. While I understand you have no controll over shipping once the product leaves your hands, perhaps if you were to make express or overnight shipping options available this delay might have been avoided. Please take this under advisement

      Hi, thanks for the feedback. there is an option to select express shipping. During checkout the shipping has 2 options Fedex ground home delivery and Fedex express next business day service. The next business day service is the overnight option. Technically we can’t label it overnight service however because it is overnight Monday to Friday only and it might cause confusion.

    I placed an order last thursday and still have not gotten it on tuesday of the following week. You also did not answer the only email I sent you enquiring about my order. I was under the impression that shipping took 2-3 days. So far I am not impressed with your service. As a matter of fact the only area that you have performed as advertised is the speed with which you took my money. My mom recently changed her card from Visa to Mastercard so you guys wont take her credit card anymore, but if i go to the store and get a Visa GiftCard, will that work?       It will come from paypal, a couple other customers didn’t get the email notification but when they looked at their paypal accounts the invoices were there.

    i placed an order on November 16 and i still havent recieved it. i wanted to know if i could reorder BUT i want to switch the brand i originally purchased from the 10g scooby snax to the 10g mad hatter. let me know if this is possible and if i could get an invoice to pay the difference.

    Hi, My Order says the Status is ON HOLD, but my PayPal says the payment was successful. Any reason why the Status hasnt been updated? Also, will this be shipped before the giant storm we are expecting this weekend? Thanks

      Yes, it has shipped out. We were up to our eyeballs pushing to get all the processing orders out before any delay with shipping might occur. Fingers crossed.

    Still have not received order that was shipped on Oct 17 via priority mail 1-2 shipping. I have contacted USPS with tracking number and they are saying no info available and to contact seller. Tracking number is 9405510200986035004571. Please let me know what is going on. Thank you

      I have emailed you directly the latest tracking information from USPS, not sure why the automated phone system states there is no information available?
      You can check in with USPS to find out the status of your shipment at 1-800-275-8777, speaking with a customer service agent will provide accurate details compared to the automated system.

      You have 2 orders in the system that were placed on the same day. 1 was completed and shipped- the reason why you received your tracking # email and can follow it. The 2nd order is in standby waiting for payment. If it was an accidental order, no problem we can cancel it out for you.       There should not be a problem with paypal. You will receive your tracking # email stating your package has shipped within 24 hours of your order being completed on weekdays. We do not process shipments on Saturdays & Sundays.

    I received no invoice and it’s been a while now, also when I ordered some product it never gav me an option on how to pay. I needed to pay with a credit card, and it automatically thought I wanted to pay with a check. I’m very confused?

      We can’t guarantee Saturday delivery with either Fedex or USPS. From what both carriers have told us ” delivery on Saturday for rush orders is dependent on the location of the recipient.”

      Sent you an invoice. We are moving payment platforms away from paypal. We have added the payment option of electronic check payments and the credit card portion is getting tested.

    I was wondering if you have processed my order. I recieved the e-mail and paid for my item but it still shows on my account that it is waiting to be paid. My account shows the money was taken out. Is there a problem with pay pal and when can I expect my order to be shipped? Hope that it hasn’t been cancelled!!

      Your order is being processed and will be shipped tomorrow. We tried to get the order out today, but we had a power failure that knocked out our internet from a horrible thunderstorm. The weather in FL, even some trees got knocked down. When your order get a shipping label you will receive the tracking # sent from USPS. You will be able to track it all the way.
      We want you to be satisfied and are sorry for the delay.

      Hi, sorry if it there is some confusion. We are actively processing and shipping out orders. The only part of our site that is not up is the payment terminal. When you add items to your cart, you can leave the site without proceeding to the payment step. We email you an invoice from paypal, you send payment and we process and ship out your order with 24-48 hours (except for weekends). I hope this clear up a bit of confusion.

      You don’t need paypal. You can use paypal as a guest without a paypal account. Under the log in section in paypal, you will see it says “use paypal as a guest”. This way you can pay and not have to register with them.

      Yes we do next day shipping, you just pay for the additional costs. in the notes section of your order write in you wish to receive next day shipping. When we send you the invoice, it will reflect the correct shipping amount.

      I don’t believe paypal has a problem with discover. Save your order and we will email you the invoice. This is the. Only way to pay- you will not be able to complete payment from our site .

      You don’t need a paypal account. After you receive the invoice in your email follow the link and there is the option to use paypal as a guest. It is under the login section. We are using paypal as a precaution for both our customers and us. πŸ™‚

    I dont undertand the only payment option to be via an emailed invoice through Paypal. How does that work? Does it delay the order? I would like to pay with my mastercard, is this not possible, or do i pay Paypal with my mastercard?

      Our products do not contain any banned substances and is 100% legal, so we have no problem shipping to Mississippi. BUT it is your responsibility as a buyer to be aware of any local rules in your city.

      Shipping is done with USPS Priority, it usually takes 2-3 days. We are also updating to give the option of next day delivery.

      i hate to bother you. but where would i find the local laws or bans in place for my area? i orderd some kush apple from somone elses and the transaction was eventualy cancelled and i got my money back. but i dont know thw laws on this for my local area. i know they dont sell it ANY place in my state

      You can perform a Google search for “your state law on synthetic cannabis”. It will provide news report and possibly the actual bill about your local laws. We did a search the same way and was the 2nd results was the actual bill from the Florida Senate. Hope this helps and thanks for checking us out.
